What are D.D. Daughters return and/or exchange policies?

 

Online Purchases:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Product exchanges or account credit is possible within 24 hours of delivery date, exclusions may apply. Upon approval, product must be in its original packaging, unaltered, in its original condition when received and with its original invoice. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any subsequent restocking fees.D.D. Daughters is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during delivery or returns. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Returns will not be accepted without receiving a confirmation of an approved return with instructions on proper return policy from customer service. 

Semi-Custom Purchases:
All semi-custom order purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be applied.

Semi-Custom orders can take up to 45-60 business days to complete. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays). Semi-Custom purchases not picked up within 30 days of completion notification will be put back on the showroom floor and listed for sale.

Hair Care & Support

Now that you're on your way to having fabulous hair, it is important that you take proper care of your hair to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

 

If you take proper care of your hair, the benefits are well worth the minimal effort.
 

​Care for your hair:

 

  • Avoid shampoos with sulfates and alcohol. Try to stay within a pH balance no higher than 7 (Potential of Hydrogen, or pH, is the measurement of how acidic or alkaline a substance is. It is judged on a scale between 0 and 14. Anything between 0 and 6.9 is acidic, 7 is neutral, and anything between 7.1 and 14 is alkaline. Human hair and scalp oil, sebum, has a pH balance of between 4.5 and 5.5.). We recommend using D.D. Daughters exclusive Luster Rich Shampoo for best results.

  • Always wash and rinse with cool water. Too much hot water will dry out and damage your hair.

 

  • Raw hair must be moisturized (with a water-based moisturizer, not just oils or serums as they do not provide actual moisture to the hair/scalp) and maintained with a high degree of care.

 

  • Co-washing is highly recommended to clean the hair and maintain its luster.

  • Air drying naturally is highly suggested and is best to keep your hair soft and luxurious.  If you must use a hair dryer, use it on the cool setting.

  • Be gentle with your hair; a wide-tooth comb is highly recommended.

  • Sleep in a silk/satin bonnet or scarf.

 

​​Tips:

 

  • Avoid the use of too many hair products, especially oils and grease, as this may cause buildup.

 

  • When using heating tools on the hair, it is best to use a heat protectant.

 

  • Keep curly hair moisturized; spray with a leave-in conditioner/water mix daily. We recommend using D.D. Daughters' exclusive Mane-Taming Curl Elixir for best results. 

 

  • Never sleep with wet hair, as this may cause tangles and matting.

 

  • Cutting your wefts is not recommended, as this may increase shedding.

  • To keep your wigs fresh and full, clip your ends every few months.  This will bring the bounce and body back to life.

What are your hours of operation?
Appointments are required .  Schedule Online preferably, its very convenient or call 215-346-2555. If there are days or times not available online, email me at dddlacewigs@gmail.com and just ask and I will try and accommodate you if possible, there is a card hold to book, which charges our policy $25 if you NO CALL, NO SHOW or CANCEL less than 24 hours .
 
Do you charge a late fee?
Typically, I don't if I am running behind, but if you are more than 15 minutes late and it’s the end of my schedule, please expect to pay $25 Late fee (ie: your deposit) or please reschedule 24 hours in advance. Thanks so much!
 
Will I have a wait?
It's impossible to accurately time clients because everyone has a unique situation. But I always try to finish clients in a timely manner.  I only hope that you will understand the same respect and time is given to all.
 
Do you take walk-in's?
NO, the salon plans the schedules daily so we do not allow for it to be thrown off or clients to be pushed back when they have scheduled in advance. Especially, since the pandemic we only service 2-3 clients in our suite at a time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
 
I have a very important occasion coming up and I need my hair done outside of your normal hours of operation can you help me?
I truly value my off days/hours, but depending on the day, I may do your hair for an additional convenience fee. I will provide this service at my discretion.
 
How much is the convenience fee?
The convenience fee is currently $100. Thank you for understanding. 
 
**Why do I have to pay a deposit for my Services?
Often with the spacing of time between clients, etc, my appointments can run as far as two weeks out. I feel each client deserves my undivided attention so I do not double book appointments. If you do not show for whatever reason, I have lost that slot for the day.
Consultations require a $25-$35 deposit to book; Also for appointments whereas the salon is providing the hair required for your service; the hair needs to be ordered 1 week in advance. Hair orders will be invoiced, and payment is due immediately so the hair will be available.
  
Where are you located?

I am not in your area,  Do you travel?
I am able to travel to your destination depending on the day and your location for an additional travel fee and there must be at minimum 5 clients not including yourself, paying for full price service and travel fee. To reward you for booking your Friends/family- you receive your service 50% off. So book some friends, and get that Wig or Weave you've always wanted....host a Wig Party!!!
 
How much is the travel fee?
If you are in the Philadelphia area (5 mile radius), I charge on a “mileage” bases, which is usually a flat rate of $150 for 5 miles or less; local gas price per mile additional,  plus services.  If you are located in another state or outside of our radius, please call for pricing.
 
Do you service men?
 I do service men for hair replacement needs.
 
Can I bring my friends or family with me to Salon?
Space is limited. Please refrain from bringing your guests unless they too are being serviced. We do have children wigs, and Braiding Stylist on board.
 
Will I have to wait a while to get my hair done after my scheduled appointment time?
Nine times out of ten, I will be ready for you when you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. I always will try to contact you in advance whenever possible if I feel that I’ll be running more than 15 minutes behind schedule. But keep in mind, an Appointment is a reservation to get your hair serviced that day in the order it was received, it does not mean I will be as prompt as I would like, but I will try. I am quicker than most waits, for Hair services.
 
 
WEAVE SERVICES
 
What type of hair do you recommend for extensions?
We can provide hair products for any type of weave, extension, or hair replacement procedure we offer with the exception of the Quick weave. This hair we supply is top of the line, Grade-A Remy hair and Virgin Indian Remy hair and should not be used for bonding procedures, ONLY SEWN-INS.
How many bundles will I need for a full head?
We recommend for 2-4 bundles for a full head. Depending on the length of the hair you wish to use for e.g. 12"- 14" (2) or 20"-22" (3) 24" -30" (4) + bundles as the wefts get smaller as the lengths increase. Add more bundles for fuller volume. 2 Bundles is fine, but when cutting different styles it looks more natural to have more hair.
 
What is the Sewn-In w/ Net Method?
The Net Method is a sew-in weave with a net.  I prefer to use nets when installing a sew-in because it allows for a flatter weave.  It also provides a base to stitch onto where sufficient hair is absent.  This is great for those suffering from hair loss.
How many packs of hair do I need for a sew-in or bond in?
This depends on how full/long you want your weave & which technique your requesting. General rule, if you are purchasing your own hair, two packs will be sufficient.  Majority of the time, I use one pack or a pack and a half.  If you are purchasing your hair from a vendor that measures hair in ounces, you will need 4 to 6 ounces for a natural looking weave and 8 ounces for a full glamorous weave.
  
 
Do I have to purchase the weave hair through you?
Of course not.  If you have a particular brand or vendor you are comfortable with, then that is fine.  Keep in mind I cannot guarantee the longevity of your service with hair purchased from another vendor. But we do sell Brazilian Virgin, Chinese Remy and Indian Remy hair here, takes 3-5 Business days to arrive when in stock and 7-10 days when custom made.
 
What is D.D. Daughters Virgin Remy Hair?
D.D. Daughters has exclusive lines of Virgin, Indian, Brazilian, Malaysian, Mongolian and Chinese Remy that we carry. 
 
How long does my hair need to be in order to get a weave?
I prefer working with lengths longer than 3 inches; however this is always not the case.  This will be determined during your consult.
 
Is there anything that I should do to my hair prior to my weave appointment?
No, but if you are pressed for time and if possible, you can shampoo and blow-dry your hair. Please avoid using any products. I will add a moisturizer to your hair depending on your service.
 
How long will it take to get my weave done?
You can expect to be in the chair for about 45 minutes- an hour once the sewn-in is started. However, this time frame does vary from client to client and depends on service being rendered.
 
I want a sewn-in weave, but I have natural hair. Do I have to get a relaxer?
A relaxer is certainly not required for a weave. Actually it's the total opposite. If you are relaxed, you must wait at least 2 weeks after a fresh relaxer before having a sew-in weave installed. However, I recommend a full-head weave completely closed up (all of the hair braided up) if you do not feel comfortable maintaining the top area of your hair between salon visits.
 
What does a full sew-in with closure mean?
A full sew-in with closure means that all of your natural hair is braided into a secure foundation and not left out for blending. I can custom close your weave (stitch until there is no opening) or you can purchase a closure piece.  I prefer working with a closure piece because it allows for the most flattest, natural looking weave possible.
 
Does my hair need to be in perfect condition to get a weave?
Depending on the case, I will do a weave on damaged hair for the sole purpose of protecting the hair. The goal will be to achieve healthier hair - not just cover up the problem. After examining your hair, I will come up with a healthy hair plan for you.
 
Do you care for damaged hair?
Of course! That is the focus of my business. I truly enjoy the challenge of whipping damaged hair back into shape. I care for the natural hair while installing protective styles (weaves). Please note that it is not necessary for someone to wear weaves to grow their hair out though.
 
Are there any restrictions when getting weaves?
1) I will not do a sew-in on freshly relaxed hair. The hair is at a weakened state after it is freshly relaxed so it is not the greatest idea to add cornrows, thread, and wefts at that time. A partial weave is okay if you must have a weave installed. I understand that a client may not want to go without a weave because it has become a part of their life but hair care is more important in my opinion.
2) I will not do weaves or fusion on hair that is excessively shedding. It is important to try to get to the bottom of why your hair is shedding. Sometimes excessive shedding can be a caused from an underlying condition that may need to be diagnosed by your doctor. Masking the problem does not stop the shedding.
3) I personally will not install a weave on hair shorter than 3 inches. The foundation may not hold up for the sewn-in weave if the hair is too short. Plus, I cannot grip short hair very well. I also don't want you to waste money on something that may not hold up for the 6-8 weeks or so.
 
What is the recommended length of time to wear my weave?
I recommend that you wear your weave no longer than 6 to 8 weeks. The weave itself will hold up much longer, but it’s really about your hair underneath.  I suggest you come in for regular maintenance visits every 4 weeks for checkups and /or re-tightening. I don't suggest shampooing too often as that is what contributes to matting, wetting the hair and drying in a state where hair cannot be combed or detangled. 
 
What could happen if I leave my weave in longer than the recommended time?
Your hair underneath could begin to get extremely matted/tangled (dred up), which WILL result in hair loss; trust me, I've seen it too many times. We reserve the right to refuse take out. We don't want to deal with matting...So, when we recommend only 3 months at a time, please adhere...or you will have to deal with the take-out.
 
Do you charge to take out my weave?
There is a fee for takedown. If I am removing an install that I performed, I charge a flat fee of $25. However, if you leave your install in longer than the recommended time frame, you will be charged by the hour. This is because the longer you wear your install, the thread becomes less visible, your braids become matted and tangled, and I have to take extra care in the removal which means more time. $35 will be charged.
If I am removing an install that I DID NOT perform, I charge per hour and that fee is not discounted. I strongly suggest you return to the stylist that performed your install for take down. Since I am not familiar with their work, it may take me longer to ensure the safety of your hair which can become costly.
 
What should I put on my hair underneath the sew-in?
My favorite moisturizer to use underneath a weave is Sulfur 8 dandruff & itchy scalp spray, olive oil, or any Moisturizing cream.
 
How often should I shampoo my weave?
Once per week or once every 3 weeks is fine. However, your shampooing needs may vary. The more you wet or shampoo the weave, your braids start to soften and loosen from head, so you risk your Extensions not lasting as long as anticipated. Shampoo in moderation, and the less product used....the better! Typically, I do not use any product on weave hair, it lasts longer if you learn to refrain....
 
Is there an easy method to use to shampoo my weave?
It is easy to shampoo your weave while in the shower. Keep the hair going straight back; that will help minimize or even eliminate tangling. I recommend using an applicator bottle to mix shampoo and water. Shake then squirt the shampoo suds in between the tracks. You can do the same with the conditioner. Do Not vigorously massage your hair; instead, stroke your hair from front to back. Rinse VERY thoroughly.

LACE WIG SERVICES
 
What is this lace front wig everyone is talking about?
Lace front wigs, full lace wigs, and lace frontals are the hottest trend out among extension/weave wearers. It is a wig made with thin, sturdy lace material, also referred to by Doctors as a CRANIAL PROSTHESIS. Individual strands of hair are ventilated to the base. This design creates a realistic looking hairline. The lace is trimmed to match the hairline and shape of your head and when properly attached, the hairline is so realistic looking it is virtually undetectable and the hair appears as if it is growing directly from your scalp.
 
How do I get one?
You can purchase a D.D. Daughters Lace Unit on http://www.dddaughters.com. We have custom units that are moderately priced starting at $299. You can set up a Lace Unit consult and your consult w/ measurements is free with purchase, otherwise expect to pay $35. My best advice is to do your due diligence and research the vendor to the best of your ability. I have had several clients that have lost money on Ebay and with other vendors either to not receive what they requested or received nothing at all. Unlike some resellers, we are hands-on with our units. We have master ventilators with more than 30 years of experience constructing lace wigs. To be more specific, we are hands on and guide you through the entire process, we also clean, maintenance and apply the wig for you, these other companies cost more and leave you find an installer.
 
Does the Full Lace wig last 1 year or more?
This is not true..... You must properly take care of the unit and wear it only for a few days to see this longevity. Although this sounds good to you as a consumer, and it helps put money into your sellers pockets, it just isn't that simple. The truth is with only one unit and daily wear, the wig will last maybe 3-6 months and may need repairs after 6 months or so. This is true even for "vet" lace front wearers. Any combing or brushing is necessary, and hair is lost through shedding. The hair had to come from somewhere, so therefore bald spots occur, and you will need them refilled. This may happen at anytime, on any wig, you are responsible for refills. 
 
How do I put it on & take it off?
Don't worry, we take care of all that for you. During your application and or removal, you are in front of the mirror the entire time and we guide you along as we attach your unit. We have a written instruction manual for sell if requested online at www.dddaughters.com
 
How long will a Lace Wig stay on?
This is basically a personal preference and your daily activities, skin/hair behavior, and allergens if any are dependent on which bond we use. There are several bonds on the market from soft bonds that will last a few days to a hard bond that will last a few weeks. Please remember that it is trial and error to determine which method of application is right for you. Our Applications usually last 3-4 weeks, and Glueless Apps (Sewn) last as long as braids are tight approx. 2 months.
 
What is the difference between a lace closure and a lace frontal?
Lace closure: Is used at the crown of your head and is sewn in with approximately 4-5 bundles of hair and the front is usually adhered with Ghost Bond Glue or a similar adhesive. They come in two different sizes 5" across x 5" back and 4" x 4". 5" x 5" has more hair and is more versatile if you want a side parting or middle parting this can be changed around more easily. It is made of lace which gives the illusion of a natural scalp. 
 
Lace frontal: Is a half wig which goes from ear to ear and is sewn with approximately 3-4 bundles of hair.The size is 13" across and 4" back. The frontal can be held in different styles and you can hold the hair back whereas the closure cannot be held back.

What is the difference between a middle parting and a freestyle parting?
A middle parting is a defined straight center parting whereas the freestyle is a versatile parting which can be parted in different ways for e.g. middle parting or side parting.

Does DDDLWB offer international shipping?

Does DDDLWB make full lace wigs?
-No, DDDLWB composes only custom u-part and full wig units with wefted (track) hair extensions and lace or silk base closures and frontals. (Closures/frontals are used for full wig units), we custom order our Full Lace Wigs, we do not make them here.
What is DDDLWB turn around time?
-DDDLWB current regular turn around time is 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Alternative rush options with quicker turn around times are available for additional costs. TURN AROUND TIMES DON’T INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!!!
How much does DDDLW charge to make a custom wig unit?
-Because DDDLWB composes customized wig units, there is no one set price but rather a base starting price for both types of wig units offered and prices will vary based upon selection of your custom options and personal preference. To receive an indication of how much your custom wig unit from DDDLWB will be, you must consult with us your specifics when you select which type of wig unit you are interested in purchasing and select all applicable custom options to then receive a price for the costs of your unit. -YES, However you must contact DDDLWB directly prior via website contact option or direct email to have your coloring or bleaching service approved DURING final checkout.
Is shipping included in the base price for a DDDLWB WIG?
-No shipping is not included in the base or custom options pricing given via the website. Shipping options are selected and added at final checkout via the DDDLWB INVOICE. DDDLWB ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Shipping options are as follows: International shipping is $50, Priority Shipping for the US is $15 and Express Next Business Day Shipping for the US is $30.
How long will my DDDLWB last?
-That quality of your DDDLWB UNIT is only as good as the quality of hair extensions used in it’s composition along with proper care and maintenance. DDDLWB strongly advises using good quality hair if you intend to maximize the quality and wear life of your DDDLWB unit. A DDDLWB custom unit can last at least a year with proper care and maintenance.
Does DDDLWB provide the hair?
– YES. D.D. Daughters Wigs DOES provide the hair extensions or the closure. DDDLWB is a company offering custom wig making services as stated, indicated, and shown here on the DDDLWB website. Custom wig units are composed with the hair/closures YOU as the customer provide and send (ship) to DDDLWB to have a custom wig unit made. There is no wig making service offering that includes hair and/or closures. If you need to purchase hair extensions and closures please refer to www.dddaughters.com.  All units displayed in the photo gallery or social media outlets are made from our hair only. However, we will use any hair you provide.
What happens once DDDLWB receives my hair?
-DDDLWB sends out email/picture confirmation of how your hair extensions/closure was received within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please remain patient and allow this time frame after you have tracked your order as successfully received at the DDDLWB ship address. There is no need to contact DDDLWB with excessive inquiries of receipt status as you will be notified in the time frame mentioned or in extreme rare circumstances notified via email in the event of any delayed official confirmation for any reason.
Can I send in a money order with my hair/closure for payment of my unit from DDDLWB?
-A money order can be sent in with your hair/closure but please make sure to include the shipping costs; made out to D.D. Daughters Lace Wig Beautique, otherwise your wig unit will not and cannot be shipped to you until shipping costs are paid.  Please also place an order on the website and select the money order option.  ALL ORDERS FOR WIGS NEED TO BE PLACED ON THE WEBSITE or INVOICE CAN BE SENT TO YOU!
Can I have hair sent to DDDLWB directly from a vendor/company?
-Hair can be sent to DDDLWB directly from a vendor/company by simply entering the DDDLWB ship address as your shipping address at the time of purchase. The same email/picture confirmation of receipt applies and will be sent within 24-48 or receiving the hair/closure directly from the vendor or hair company.
Can I send in a picture of a look that I am trying to achieve with my hair/closure?
-Yes. Pictures can be also be sent to and received via email dddlacewigs@gmail.com 
Can I get my completed wig unit shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx?
-DDDLWB only ships via USPS. It is advised you provide a ship address where you have already confirmed can successfully receive your wig unit shipment via USPS prior to making any order or completing any transaction with DDDLWB.
 
What is included in the base price of a DDDLWB?
-The hair is deep conditioned and sent back in its natural curl pattern. Any and all other custom options desired of cut/curl/style/color etc…must be selected and paid for (per the prices indicated and shown within the custom options offerings listed within the pricing tab) via the DDDLWB website.
If I get a DDDLWB Bob do I need to pay to have the hair curled?
-The curling option does not need to be selected for a DDDLWB Bob but the hair is sent back with a slight curl. Other styles like Krimps/Wand Curls must be paid for and wig will be sent pin curled.
When will I receive confirmation that my completed wig has been shipped out?
-Please give DDDLWB 24 hours to send email/picture confirmation once your completed wig has been shipped.
Will DDDLWB bleach or color my silk base closure to match my scalp?
-NO. Silk base closures are intended to mimic the look of a natural scalp and therefore if you choose to use a silk base closure you must accept the color of it’s silk base. DDDLWB DOES NOT alter the color of a silk base closure via bleaching or coloring. DDDLWB does offer knot bleaching for lace closures and that option can be selected via SPEAKING WITH DDDLWB to have it invoiced.
How do I take my measurements for a DDDLWB WIG?
Measurements need to taken when not present at an online consultation so we may show you what needs to be measured.
Can my wig be sewn down for more security?
-DDDLWB full wig units are custom fitted via the measurements you provide so provided that your measurements are accurate. U-part units of course are intended to be sew down for wear, however ALL DDDLWB custom u-part and full wigs can be sewn down at your discretion for more security if desired. Combs can also be added to U-part wigs or full wig units for an additional cost.
Can I sleep in my DDDLW WIG?
Yes.
Can I swim in my DDDLW?
-Yes but DDDLWB WIG would recommend sewing the wig down prior.
Can my Custom Made Full Wig With A Closure be pulled up in a high ponytail?
-DDDLWB full wigs can be pulled back in a low ponytail but not up high in a high ponytail.
Can I send DDDLWB WIG my own cap to use to make my wig?
-NO. DDDLWB ONLY COMPOSES WIGS WITH PROFESSIONAL CAPS WHICH ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE A DDDLWB CUSTOM UNIT.
When is my payment due for my D.D. Daughters Wig?
-Payment is due once the hair is received by D.D. Daughters Wigs.  The turn around time will not start until hair is received and the payment is made.  If  payment is made after hair is received, the turn around time will start from the date that the payment is made.
Can I switch my closure out on my D.D. Daughters Wigs?
-NO. A closure can not be switched out on a D.D. Daughters Wig. The closure is what keeps the wig together and the wig would have to be taken apart and remade which would mean normal wig making costs would apply.
Can I switch my middle part full wig with a closure to a side part?
YES. A DDDLWB WIG middle part full wig with closure unit can be switched to the side by simply shifting the unit to the position as you desire.
Can I get a u-part wig made with a side part?
-DDDLWB makes all of u-part wigs the same. For a side part u-part look/installation, simply shift your u-part unit into place as you desire. Video demonstration is located on YOUTUBE.
Can you make my u-part wig so that a closure can be used later or as desired?
-DDDLWB can not promise that a closure will fit in-between your u-part wig.
What is “Wig Take Down?”
-Wig take down is taking a previous made wig apart.
Does DDDLWB give discounts (student, birthday, etc)?
-DDDLWB offers very reasonable and affordable regular pricing for all services all the time, and yes we offer regular clients a birthday discount.

Does DDDLWB use any glue when making DDDLWB WIGS?
-D.D. Daughters Wigs never uses glue in the composition of any wig units.

What happens to any remaining hair not used in the making of my wig?
-Any and all leftover unused hair is always sent back with your DDDLWB WIG.  D.D. Daughters Wigs WILL INSTALL ALL OF THE HAIR THAT IS SENT UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

How many bundles/packs of hair does D.D. Daughters Wigs recommend for a wig?
– The number of bundles/packs needed or recommended for your wig will depend upon many factors continent upon both your desired look and fullness of personal preference and the weight of each hair bundles/packs being used according to length variations. In most instances the same amount used for a standard sewn install are sufficient. For general reference any bundles/packs weighing 3.5 ounces or less each, a recommended minimum of 2.5-3 bundles/packs in any length variations of 10 inches up to 18 inches, 3 to 4 bundles/packs minimum in any length variations of 20 to 24 inches, and 4 to 5 bundles/packs or more as desired for length variations 26 inches and up. For hair in bundles/packs weighing 3.8 – 4 ounces or more each you may use the previous reference and subtract 1 bundle/pack of hair per length variation. If you are unsure what the weight of the bundle/packs of hair are that you are using for your DDDLWB WIG, please reference the vender or hair company website where the hair was purchased. Most hair companies provide this information in their product descriptions and/or FAQ information. It is advised to stick to the recommendations given here to ensure there is enough hair for your desired look and to cover the wig base. Sticking with these minimum amount recommendations also prevents the density of your DDDLWB WIG from looking too thin. More than the minimum suggested amount of bundles/packs can be used at your discretion or desire for preference of fullness not to exceed eight bundles/packs of hair total used in composition.  D.D. Daughters Wigs  MAKES WIGS WITH UP TO 8 BUNDLES OF HAIR.  ALL OF THE HAIR THAT IS SENT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE WIG UNLESS CLIENT STATES OTHER WISE!
Can I get a D.D. Daughters Wigs Bob with Kinky Yaki Hair, Deep Wavy Hair, Coarse Yaki Hair or Deep Curly Hair?
-DDDLWB WIGS only makes bobs with straight, loose wave, or body wave textured curl patterns.
Can I get my Deep Curly, Deep Wavy, Kinky Curly, Course Yaki, Tight Curly, Loose Curly Hair Flat Ironed and Curled?
-DDDLWB only curls/flat irons Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Natural Wave Hair patterns.
Can DDDLWB attach an elastic band to my closure or wig?
-DDDLWB will not and does not attach elastic bands to wigs or closures UNLESS you are here in person for measurements.
If I send my hair by (this date) will I get my wig back by (this date).
-Since DDDLWB has nothing to do with the courier timing of the delivery of your hair/closure and turn around times paid for and selected do not begin until after you have received official confirmation of receipt from DDDLWB, it is best to plan ahead for the composition of your unit according to the information mentioned and referenced previously.
